Scholarships and Financial Aid

Conwell-Egan Catholic High School offers a number of ways to make a Catholic education affordable to our students who come to us from throughout Bucks County, Northeast Philadelphia, and central New Jersey communities located in Burlington and Mercer County, including Trenton, Ewing, Hamilton, Lawrenceville, and Princeton.

In addition, Robert Badman, from St. Ignatius, received the William Maher III Memorial Scholarship.

Each year, the Presidential Advancement Team offers scholarships to incoming freshmen based on academic achievement. The scholarship test is open to students in 8th Grade and is scheduled for Saturday, December 3 at 8:00 A.M. Also, a 7th grade practice test will be held on the same day as the scholarship test to prepare the 7th grade students for next year's test.

Several other scholarships, which are awarded at the end of the school year, are available to upperclassmen.

Financial Aid and Tuition Assistance

Many opportunities are available for financial assistance for families applying to Conwell-Egan Catholic High School.

BLOCS (Business Leaders Organized for Catholic Schools) provides much-needed tuition assistance to our school families from Pennsylvania, regardless of race, religion, or nationality. Applications are typically available in January and due in March.

T.A.P. (Tuition Assistance Program) is available through the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Applications are typically available in January and due April 15.

CEC Financial Aid applications are accepted throughout the year. Awards are typically made at the conclusion of our alumni appeal toward the end of the school year.

SCRIP helps parents earn up to a 4% tuition credit for shopping at local stores. For more information on the CEC Scrip Program, call Mr. Bill Cricks at 215-945-6200 ext. 227.
