Molly Milewski Selected as 2024 Scholar Athlete

Congratulations to this year's SHOF Scholar Athlete: Senior Molly Milewski! Each year, the CEC Sports Hall of Fame selects a student-athlete whose academic and athletic careers have been truly exemplary and whose leadership skills and accomplishments are a positive model for others. Molly Milewski is that and so much more.

Molly Milewski is much more than your typical scholar-athlete. She shines on the court, the field, and in the classroom, but this only touches on all she has done while at Conwell-Egan Catholic.

Molly is a three-sport athlete.  In the fall you can find her on the volleyball court.  Where she is a four-year varsity starter.  Her freshman year she was a PCL All-Catholic Honorable Mention Selection. From then on Molly was voted as a PCL All-Catholic 1st Team Honoree, each year.   She was the first 1st Team All-Catholic Selection for CEC ever in the sport of volleyball! Her teams would go on to win the PIAA 2A championships her sophomore, junior and senior seasons.  Her junior year, Molly was a Bucks County All-Area Selection. She was also named the PIAA AA All-State Team Setter in both her Junior and Senior years.  Molly ended her career at CEC having hit  the 1,000 career assists mark.

Molly’s winters see  her on the court yet again.  This time as a 4-year member of the CEC Varsity Basketball Team.  She was voted a captain her senior year and won the Student Athlete Award at the Rose Classic Tournament in Brooklyn, NY.

After basketball Molly heads out to the softball field.  Once again as a 4-year varsity starter.  She earned a 3rd-Team PCL All-Catholic nod as a sophomore and 2nd Team All-Catholic as a junior.  She was a member of the PCL Carpenter Cup Team in her Freshman, Sophomore and Junior Years. Molly was a member of the PIAA 2A State Finalist Team, the first softball team in PCL history to make it to the state final! Her junior year she was a member of the PCL Championship Team and was named 2nd Team All-State.  We look forward to seeing what her senior year holds.

Molly was named a Kiwanis Scholar-Athlete Recipient and was chosen to attend the PCL Athlete Conference held at Archbishop Carroll.

In the classroom, Molly is currently ranked 5th.  She is the Executive Board Vice President of Student Government, and the President of the National Honor Society.  She is a member of the All-Catholic Chamber Choir and a band member for the 2024 spring concert.  She is a mathlete a peer tutor, a member of the Community Service Corp and a DLFF Scholar.  Along with that she is a Travis Manion Foundation Student Leader a Spirit Night Captain, a Diocesan Scholar and finally a volunteer with Best Buddies.

Molly is an amazing young lady with a bright future ahead of her.  Conwell-Egan is lucky to have called her one of their own.
